I was introduced to Jim through the decorator I worked with on my bathroom renovation. The estimate he presented was detailed, thorough and professional inspiring confidence in my decision to hire him. He provided multiple references for me to check which inspired trustworthiness. Over the course of the project I came to learn that Jim is one of a dying breed of professionals who takes great pride in superior workmanship, fair pricing and consistent and honest communications. He always gave me a heads up when he or sub-contractors would be coming which was invaluable to me. If things changed, he’d tell me via text as soon as he knew. The guys he sub-contracted to handle the plumbing and tiling were also pros. I am thrilled with the outcome of this project and will be using Jim in the future for additional projects. I am only sorry I didn’t know about him sooner.
